About Us
After receiving her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from California State University of Fullerton, Erin set out to start her own dog daycare. But she needed “real” experience first. Her opportunity came in 2008 when she landed her first job working with dogs. That unexpectedly led her to start her own pet sitting business in 2011.
Then, in 2014, Erin opened her own dog daycare and boarding facility. This allowed her to grow her clientele and offer additional professional services, such as grooming and training. Erin has since been training staff in dog handling, grooming and overall pet care. And in 2017, she became an instructor for Pet Tech Pet First-Aid and CPR certification classes. Teaching those classes inspired her to offer more educational training classes to help pet professionals and pet parents alike.
“I’ve gained a lot of knowledge working with animals over the years, and I really love sharing that information with others. Understanding how to communicate with dogs and cats makes a world of difference when working with them. It can eliminate so many unnecessary frustrations that we experience with our pets. And most things in pet sitting are learned on the job, which can be really frustrating. It can also cost you work, income, or even your reputation. I teach these courses so others can avoid those frustrations and gain the confidence that will lead them to success.”
